Goal: To write a 5-6 page historical research paper in proper format. You can pick a particular artist or work created during the Renaissance to discuss in your paper.
5 pages (even or more). Please do not go over 6 pages. The 7th page can be your works cited/bibliography. Proper grammar/spelling/format. Please use the grammar/spell check tools in Microsoft Word when editing your paper. It also helps to read your paper out loud to see whether it makes sense. As for format, please use APA style. Your paper must contain an introductory paragraph, as well as several body paragraphs and a conclusion paragraph.
The introductory paragraph must explain what your paper is about and what you will primarily focus on.
The body paragraphs should give the reader an explanation of this historical person/event/work, etc. It should also support your thesis statement.
The conclusion paragraph should give the reader a brief synopsis (summary) of your paper. It can also contain your opinion statements as well. It must also contain a works cited page with 4 sources (at a minimum).
2 need to be primary (remember the artists’ works are PRIMARY SOURCES); 2 need to be secondary
